Happy Monday Budget Brides!!!
I hope that you all had a great holiday.
So as many of you know I was in Las Vegas, Nevada last week. Although I was only there for two days and really was not able to see much. I found this amazing installation in the The Palaazo Shops in the Venetian Hotel.

How many of you have thought about have various colors of umbrellas/parasols hanging from your ceremony/reception venue?
I took some pictures of the installation myself but since I am not a great photographer here are some from the world of google.
I think the light coming in from the solarium in the picture above brings an lumination to all the colors in the various umbrellas.

Just an amazing exhibit that when I saw it I immediately felt that I needed to share it with all of you.

Here is a budget friendly way to create the same hanging look within your budget.
What to purchase:
- Instead of using umbrellas, you should use paper parasols of various sizes which run as low as $3 a piece and can be found at Pearl River, Lunar Bazaar and Paper Lantern Store.
- Fishing line wire from a bait and tackle or hardware store for about $20 for a few hundred feet.
- 3M wire hooks with command adhesive (remember to purchase different sizes to line up with the size of the paper parasols
Application:
- First determine the spacing of the paper parasols. This will help you to determine the actual look of the installation. You will be able to see if you have too many small on one site or if there are two fo one color to close to each other.
- Once you have determine the spacing place the 3Mwire hooks with command adhesive on the ceiling and allow hook to hang.
- Next determine how far from the ceiling do you want the paper parasaols to hang. Once you have that mearuement cut the number of strings you need for the entire installation.
- String up the fishing wire to the paper parasols
- Lastly, hang the fishing wire on the hook and VIOLA!!!!!
