Happy Thursday Budget Brides!!!
So I was catching up on some of my favorite blogs and found this gorgeous dress below on a post on Ruffled. Even though patterns and polka dots can be hard to pull off I think in the pictures below it was done beautifully. This bride was brave enough to think outside the box. And I totally dig it.
